General Directions:

The Boston office is located in the Financial District near the intersection of Franklin and Federal St and just two short blocks from Downtown Crossing.  Our building can be accessed from Federal, Franklin and Devonshire St entrances.  On Federal St, the entrance to the lobby is directly across from the outwardly sloping Bank of America Headquarter.  The sign above the door will read ‘75-101 Federal’.  This same address can be seen on the Franklin and Devonshire St entrance.  The building’s entrances are revolving doors that lead to an inside throughway.  Once inside the lobby, signs will direct you to the 75 Federal Offices (there is a separate set of elevators for 101 Federal St).  Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mass Bay is on the 8th floor.

MBTA:

Our offices can be accessed by the orange, green, and red Mass Transit Lines.

From the Green Line (Park St Station): Exit the station and head east on Winter St.  Winter St has a Finagle-a-Bagel Restaurant on its left and Bank of America ATM station on its right.  Walk one block to the corner of Winter and Washington St.  Winter St will become Summer St at this junction.  Continue straight ahead for another two blocks.  At the intersection of Summer and Otis / Kingston, turn left onto Otis St.  Follow Otis St for one block.  There will be a small park with a statue at the cross-section of Otis, Federal and Franklin St.  The entrance to the office is to the right.  Above the entrance will be the indication which reads, ’75-101 Federal’.  There is a Starbucks to the left of the revolving door entrance.

From the Orange Line (Downtown Crossing Station):  When exiting the station look for the Chauncy St exit.  This exit will lead you to the corner of Chauncy and Summer St.  Walk one block east on Summer St.  At the intersection of Summer and Otis / Kingston, turn left onto Otis St.  Follow Otis St for one block.  There will be a small park with a statue at the cross-section of Otis, Federal and Franklin St.  The entrance to the office is to the right.  Above the entrance will be the indication which reads, ’75-101 Federal’.  There is a Starbucks to the left of the revolving door entrance.

From the Red Line / Commuter Rail (South Station):  Leave by the front entrance / exit way of South Station and follow Summer St for a short distance to High St.  Turn right on High St.  The next left will be Federal St.  The entrance to ‘75-101 Federal’ will be approximately one block ahead on the left.  The entrance is across from the Bank of America headquarters building.

From Points West:

Take the Mass Pike towards Boston. After the Boston city toll, continue on the Mass Pike. Stay in the middle lane and follow signs for Exit 24A & B & C toward 93/South Station. Take the 24A exit ramp toward South Station.   This will be your first exit on the right.  Stay on this exit ramp for .3 miles.  At the end of the 24A ramp, drive straight through a street light onto Atlantic Ave.  After two short blocks, Summer St will intersect Atlantic Ave.  Turn left onto Summer St.  At your second street light, turn right onto High St.  High St will immediately direct you left onto Federal St .  75 Federal St is one more block up on the left before Franklin and Federal St connect.  There will be a parking garage in the basement on our office complex.  The entrance to this garage can be accessed on the left side of Federal St. These parking spaces can often be filled during the work day.  If so, turn left onto Franklin and again onto Devonshire.  Once on Devonshire, you will see a small triangular park ahead.  By bearing right at this park onto Otis St. and following this throughway back across Summer St to the adjacent block, you can access two garages.  Otis St will become Kingston St when you cross over Summer St.  The first parking garage is on the left near the corner of Kingston and Bedford St.  Another lot can be found by turning right on Bedford St and following this road to Chauncy St.  There should be a parking structure straight ahead.

From Points South:

Take 93 North to Exit 20 toward I-90 / Logan Airport / South Station; follow the signs for Frontage Rd / South Station. Follow Frontage Rd for approximately half of a mile and look for a sign at a street light that prompts you to continue forward onto Atlantic Ave.  Drive straight through the light onto Atlantic Ave.  After two short blocks, Summer St will intersect Atlantic Ave.  Turn left onto Summer St.  At your second street light, turn right onto High St.  High St will immediately direct you left onto Federal St .  75 Federal St is one more block up on the left before Franklin and Federal St connect.  There will be a parking garage in the basement on our office complex.  The entrance to this garage can be accessed on the left side of Federal St. These parking spaces can often be filled during the work day.  If so, turn left onto Franklin and again onto Devonshire.  Once on Devonshire, you will see a small triangular park ahead.  By bearing right at this park onto Otis St. and following this throughway back across Summer St to the adjacent block, you can access two garages.  Otis St will become Kingston St when you cross over Summer St.  The first parking garage is on the left near the corner of Kingston and Bedford St.  Another lot can be found by turning right on Bedford St and following this road to Chauncy St.  There should be a parking structure straight ahead.

From Points North:

Take 93 South to Exit 23 toward Purchase St / South Station.  At the end of the exit ramp, continue forward on Purchase St.  Follow Purchase St through several lights.  Summer St will intersect Purchase St by South Station.  At this intersection, turn right.  At your second street light, turn right onto High St.  High St will immediately direct you left onto Federal St .  75 Federal St is one more block up on the left before Franklin and Federal St connect.  There will be a parking garage in the basement on our office complex.  The entrance to this garage can be accessed on the left side of Federal St. These parking spaces can often be filled during the work day.  If so, turn left onto Franklin and again onto Devonshire.  Once on Devonshire, you will see a small triangular park ahead.  By bearing right at this park onto Otis St. and following this throughway back across Summer St to the adjacent block, you can access two garages.  Otis St will become Kingston St when you cross over Summer St.  The first parking garage is on the left near the corner of Kingston and Bedford St.  Another lot can be found by turning right on Bedford St and following this road to Chauncy St.  There should be a parking structure straight ahead.

Parking:

On-street parking is for commercial vehicles only in this area of the Financial District and Downtown Crossing, except on Saturdays. However, there are several paid parking garages and lots nearby. The following directions start from the front of 75 Federal St.

240 Devonshire is located on Devonshire St., beneath and next store to our office. As you are headed down Federal St to come to the office, look for the left turn into a tunnel to a bottom floor parking structure.  There is also an entrance to this complex on Devonshire near the south side of the 75 Federal Offices.   This can be accessed by turning left at the intersection of Federal and Franklin St and then making another immediate left onto Devonshire St.  The 75 Federal Offices should remain on your left throughout this route.  Devonshire St is a one way street.  To access the garage, turn right on Otis and left at your first light.  This will place you back on  Summer St.  The immediate left on Summer St will be Devonshire St.  The garage will be visible ahead on the right side near the Devonshire entrance to the 75 Federal Offices.

Laz Parking is located 1-1/2 blocks from our office on Kingston St.  Otis St branches away from the entrance on the Devonshire St side of our office complex.  Drive one block on Otis St toward Summer St.  Cross over Summer St and Otis will become Kingston St.  After a short distance on Otis, a parking garage will appear on the left side near the intersection of Kingston and Bedford St.

Hyatt Regency Parking Garage is located 2-1/2 blocks from our office on Chauncy St.  Otis St branches away from the entrance on the Devonshire St side of our office complex.  Drive one block on Otis St toward Summer St.  Cross over Summer St and Otis will become Kingston St.  After a short distance on Kingston St, turn right onto Bedford St.  A large parking complex will be straight ahead on Chauncy St.
