Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay (BBBSMB) is seeking a talented, highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in Boston as an Operations Assistant to assist in general reception support, as well as administrative support to the overall Agency.
Qualifications include: A belief in our mission. Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School degree required with 3 – 5 years general office and customer service work experience. The right candidate will excel at critical thinking and problem solving, with a strong sense of customer service, possess a can-do and positive attitude, and have an optimistic approach to work.
Required Skills and Abilities: The Assistant position requires being detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work successfully in a fast-paced, goal-oriented organization. Excellent verbal, written and phone communications is a must. Superior technical skills with Microsoft Office and database experience required. Outstanding organizational and project management skills required. The Assistant must be patient, flexible with a strong sense of customer service and able to work both independently and on a team with all levels of management and staff.
