The most rewarding part of working at BBBSMB, is getting to hear first hand how the kids we serve are enjoying and growing from their interactions with their Big Brothers and Big Sisters. I particularly enjoy hearing how a child’s confidence begins to grow a little more every time we talk on the phone. This would not be possible without this program!
