I love working at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mass Bay because I know the program works. I’ve been a Big Sister for the past 11 years so I get to see the program from all sides. I’m always in awe of the generosity of our donors and their help in reaching as many kids as we can. The culture at Big Brothers Big Sisters is professional but in a casual setting, which I like.
