MENTORS INFLUENCE YOUTH OUTCOMES

WELCOME TO THE YOUTH OUTCOMES TRAINING PAGE!

The trainings below will support you as you set goals with your Match Advocate in order to be intentional about helping your Little practice the critical skills necessary for positive youth development. These skills are the 6 C’s – Curiosity, Character, Connection, Caring, Competency, Confidence.

A mentoring relationship is a safe space for Littles to ask questions, make mistakes, try new things and learn in a supportive environment. This dynamic ultimately supports youth to recognize their potential and drive towards their own goals.
