The most rewarding part of my job is being able to collaborate with dedicated and passionate community partners who all share a common goal of wanting to improve the lives of children and families in our communities. Our partners are parents, teachers, guidance counselors, athletic coaches, therapists and social workers, just to name a few.

I love working at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mass Bay because I know the program works. I’ve been a Big Sister for the past 11 years so I get to see the program from all sides. I’m always in awe of the generosity of our donors and their help in reaching as many kids as we can.

Working at BBBS of Mass Bay is a truly rewarding experience. It’s a great privilege to be a part of such a talented team of professionals that challenges and supports each other while striving to meet the needs of thousands of the area’s most vulnerable children.

As a former Little Brother, I have a special connection to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay. Whether I’m designing a recruitment flier, writing blog posts or taking photos at a match event, I know that the work we do really does make an impact in the communities we serve.

Working at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Cape Cod & the Islands is a tremendously rewarding experience. Having been a Big Brother for the past 12 years to two Little Brothers on the Cape, I have experienced first-hand the impact our program has on the youth in our community.

The most rewarding part of working at BBBSMB, is getting to hear first hand how the kids we serve are enjoying and growing from their interactions with their Big Brothers and Big Sisters. I particularly enjoy hearing how a child’s confidence begins to grow a little more every time we talk on the phone.
